The Scenario:

I have Jair in Judges Seat can I:

1). Target my own Assyrian Siege Army.
2). If I can, is my opponent allowed discard a Pale Green card to save my Assyrian Siege Army?

We ruled yes for both but I am seeking confirmation as my oppnent was not 100% covinced we ruled it correctly.

Correct.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
