Do interrupt the battle abilities interrupt all in play protect/immune abilities, or just those in battle?

Can it interrupt a card on the bottom of your deck?
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

The ability of the card on the bottom of the deck passed initiative, would ITB work against that?
Fortress Alstad
Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

^This is correct. There is an understood "in play" after "all" that I didn't think was necessary to actually type, but knowing the people on this forum I guess I should have known better. Fix'd.
