Returning from "set-aside"

If I set aside a character for say 1 or 2 turns and when it returns to the field of battle and the character has an ability to let's say for example, "Holder draws a card"; does that mean I can draw a card again after I originally played that character two turns ago?

"Set-aside Area

The set-aside area is a location outside the Field of Play where characters are removed from play for a number of turns by a special ability. (See Player’s Card Arrangement )."

Special abilities on Characters activate each time they enter battle, NOT each time they enter play. You have to move the character from your hand/territory into battle to activate the ability on it.

Sorry, I should of said, when it returns to my territory.  So does that mean if that character has an ability that allows me to draw a card, I get to draw a card everytime it enters battle?

(I'm using my brother's account right now, sorry if I'm confusing you.)

If a character has the SA "You may draw a card." you can draw a card each time you use that character in battle, yes. Unless it says otherwise, character SA's can be used every battle.
