Darius Decree: Oppenents may not play good enhancements from hand unless an evil character is in battle.

If you use a side battle card (IE: christian suing another) to force two heros to fight does darius decree disallow your oppenent to play enhancements?

It should, since there is no Evil Character in battle (just the field of battle).
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

but the heroes fighting each other aren't set aside if that has anything to do with it. So wouldn't the EC they have in the other battle count?

i wouldn't think so because 'in battle' refers to each individual battle(as ruled before with other cards that mention 'in battle')

Right. 'In battle' means all cards in the current battle. 'In the Field of Battle' means all cards that are in a side battle or main battle. So I assume that DD would stop your opponent from playing enhancements in this situation.

Yea it works.  I have planned on using this in decks since a few weeks ago. I noticed Bill Voigt came to the same discovery a week ago (he posted it in some thread).  Welcome to the land of side battle fun.  ;)

How is that supposed to stop my deck?  It will stop a  Sin in the Camp deck, but I will get rid of all your artifacts before I create any side battle with my deck.

so why didnt you play with it at Nats kirk?

1. People expected me to play with it, as I used it as my main deck at nationals the past two years.

2. I like playing with a variety of decks, as it gets boring to play with the same deck at every tournament.  Therefore, I used a different deck at each T2 tournament this season.  In total, I used 7 different decks this tournament season at the 5 tournaments I was able to attend, amassing a record of 15-1-2 (5-5 tie, 1-0 timeout loss, 7-2 full loss).

I used 2 unique decks at OH state (1st place), 1 unique deck at a local (1st place), 1 unique deck and 1 repeat at KY state (3rd place), 1 unique deck and another unique deck I never used at EC regionals (1st place), and 2 unique decks with a 3rd deck duplicating one of them at nationals (3rd place).

3. I came up with a couple very powerful decks I wanted to use instead.
