Can you use cards like search and false peace to pull a lost soul?

I'd assume the same goes for Susanna and the like? The only time you draw to replace a LS is when you drew it in your draw phase/draw ability?

Just remember that is you search for a LS that says, "When drawn..." it will be worthless.
