Special Ability: Negate the last good card played by an opponent this battle.

So how does this work as an evil weapon?

I can see how it would be used as an enhancement, but as a weapon, they haven't played anything yet "Presumably," so how would it be played? There is no specifier, as in if it read, "Discard this card to negate the last good card played by an opponent this battle.

So does it negate the hero's special ability?

What does it do lol

Thanks

If being used as a weapon, the most likely "last good card played" would be the Hero itself (or the last Hero's ability of a banding chain), though with Heroes like Jacob or Ethiopian Treasurer it could be an enhancement played. So, most likely you'd be negating Heroes with this, though enhancements is possible.

It could negate good placed Enhancments and good weapons.

It would negate warriors spear, wheel within a wheel (not on Michael), coat of mail, foreign spear (on a hero), angel sword (not on Michael)

It also works well against all the FBTN except warrior class characters. For instance the kings version of benaiah or Ira

It would negate .... wheel within a wheel (not on Michael), .... angel sword (not on Michael)\
The exception on the first is not correct and the second I'm not sure about. Wheel Within a Wheel (assuming it was played in territory) doesn't get re-played whenever Michael enters battle, it was only played once when it was initially placed (and then it's an ongoing ability) so unless you somehow play it CBN, it doesn't retroactively gain CBN status from Michael and can be negated even while Michael is in battle.

Agreed about WWW, you'd have to play it on Michael in battle or otherwise have it be CBN another way, though weapons would be CBN on Michael (we can keep talking about that over here ;)).

Also, negating the last good card can be fantastic, as it negates the last hero if no enhancement was played (as was pointed out).
