Type 2 Haman's Plot tournament question

If I use Haman's Plot (have four of them) in a type 2 deck that is checked in for a tournament, if I use one (or more) during the first round, do I still in between rounds have the ability to replace a torn Haman's plot with an additional new Haman's plot card?

You never have the ability to replace a torn Plot regardless of type.

The only thing you are allowed to do is remove a good card to even out the good and evil in your deck.

In T2 if you rip a plot you are required to remove a good card to keep your good/evil balance. If you want to continue playing the deck in subsequent rounds you will need to make sure your deck has enough cards that it remains above 100 after a plot is ripped and a good card is removed.

Also you remove a Lost Soul if the deck falls a Lost Soul Size Category (or whatever we call it)

so the only solution then for my quandry is that since you can submit up to two decks is to submit a duplicate deck.  Would that work?

I played a deck at a tourney once, and the host would not allow me to remove good cards to even the deck up, and since deck was no longer legal did not allow me to play it anymore as well.  I was forced to play my duplicate deck without using special abilities on Haman's plot in order to finish the multiple rounds.

Yep. Players will often use duplicate decks in tournaments to account for torn plots. You are also definitely allowed to adjust your deck to account for torn plots, so long as you are only removing cards. You can never add cards to a checked in tournament deck once the tournament has started.

I think what the issue was with replacing plots is I tore them during Type 2 2 player, and wanted to replace them before the next category (type 2 multiplayer), and was told I was not allowed to.  I know that some rulings are up to the host, so I went with it at the time.  If its in-between categories are you allowed to replace torn plots?

Yes. You can modify your deck in any way you desire (provided it stays legal) between events. If it's modified it will need to be checked again.

Now you can also use a Haman's Gallows if you don't want to tear a plot.

We need a new Persian card that searches for Gallows. I always get Gallows after I rip Plot.  ::)

Not Persian, but depending on what you are using Ahab can search it up, so can Zachias, King Solomon, King Hiram, and probably others that I'm not thinking of too.

For a good show with Haman's Plot,
You sure do need to own a lot.

I'd rather try a different way
Than have to triple my deck's pay.
