When the battle is interrupted, the Heroes are temporarily kicked out, and so the enhancement can't activate on anyone but the original hero. Since he is discarded, the banding enhancement can't activate.What if one of the two other characters that were banded in had special abilities though? wouldn't the interrupt default to them since they're abilities were activated more recently then the banding?
In this scenario the character abilities were not relevant, but that is good to point out.
Doesn't matter. Cards either do or do not have CBN when played.
No. When the banding card was played, it was not CBN. Even if it were to bring in a character that says "Banding Cannot be Negated," the card in question would still be fully negatable.
