what are the new rulings, and when are they official?

(i.e. cannot be immune to your own alignment, and I believe something about changing healing was also mentioned)

Single color sites are active while not occupied, something about fortresses, ignore isn't considered harm.

That's not a new rule, that's been known for awhile.

There are still a few rulings that we thought would be made at Nats that Rob hasn't confirmed as official yet, but there is a thread in the PT section outlining all the new rulings, so we'll let you know when they become official. I'm guessing Rob has been a bit busy/anxious lately. He has a pretty big investment sitting at a Hong Kong dock.

Andrew! Lets convince Scott to hold an impromptu tournament before the rules are announced so we don't have to follow them!

Why not then play CalvinRedemption? The only rule is that you can't play it the same way twice.

Can someone explain the sites part in greater detail please?  I doubt this is saying that Pergamum works while unoccupied, but that is what I thought of when I read this.  Thanks.

The ability would kick in but then the ability on the card says when occupied so it'll circle and nothing happens until it is stuffed

That's just odd.  I assume there was a new card (or cards) released that prompted this sites ruling?  Thanks again.

The ruling in the REG was that all Sites had to be occupied in order to have active abilities, unless they were multicolor (which only activate in battle). Herod's Dungeon made us relook at the ruling. Currently, the rule is/will be: Single-color sites are active in territory, and multicolor sites are active in battle. If other conditions apply (while occupied, etc.) then those conditions must be met. So Pergamum still only works when occupied.

Winning the game in five consecutive turns. Without your opponent having a turn. Doesn't matter any more. New rule...
