Title: Immunity

If an EC is immune to a particular hero, does the EC still damage the hero?  Does the hero automatically get initiative as a result?  And is the EC also immune then to the SA of enhancements played on the hero?

Even if the EC can't beat the hero, the hero gets initiative, because the battle is a stalemate.
