This seems like a broken yet legal combo with image of jealousy:

Step 1:
Put the Tabernacle in Play

Step 2:
Play Image of Jealousy on your Tabernacle. This negates it's special ability to discard it when solomon's temple is in play

Step 3:
Play Solomon's Temple

Step 4:
Activate two temple/tabernacle artifacts and one regular artifact for a total of 3 all in one turn on your prep phase (dont forget other forts that hold artifacts for more and BoTC)

Should this be allowed?

A similar combo was previously presented with Spreading Mildew negating Z's Temple's ability.  I'm pretty sure they let it go.

I don't see a reason to block this combo.  It is hard to set up, and IMO if you do, you deserve the extra artifact(s). :)

It's not broken unless there is some unstoppable combo of two tabernacle/temple arts and some other art...which there could be, but I think it's just better for saying you activated 9 artifacts at the same time.

Incidentally, Shortly after Image of Jealousy came out, RDT and I were talking and realized that in T2 you could actually get every temple down at once for a total of 10 active artifacts at once.

Z temple out first, place image of jealousy on it. 
Tabernacle 2nd, image of jealousy goes on it as well.
Finally, put out Solomon's temple.

If one of the active artifacts is book of the covenant, that's 6 arts.
Now, just add Unholy Writ/Thirty Pieces of Silver in High Priests Palace, Alter of Dagon in Temple of Dagon, Priestly Breastplate on a high priest, Cross beams of the cross of Simon of Cyrene.

Now I'm not entirely sure what its all good for, but it'll sure be fun to see the look on your opponent's face if you ever pull it off.

Hey,

Currently (and for the immediate future) that combo with Image of Jealousy should be legal.  The abilities and identifiers on the various temples are messy which I anticipate will get cleaned up eventually and when it does it's likely the combo will no longer work.

Doesn't Image of Jealousy stop you from being able to play the third artifact in the temple?  Or if it is already in there wouldn't it be removed?  I guess I missed this combo

The SA's of Z's Temple and the Tabernacle are that there can only be one Temple/Tabernacle in holder's territory. The IDENTIFIERS allow them to hold artifacts. Thus negating their SA's allows them to all stick around and hold artifacts.

The only way to have all three is to do as follows:

Place Z's Temple, play IoJ/Spreading Mildew
Place Tabernacle, play IoJ/Spreading Mildew
Place S's Temple

So it's a lot of work for marginal benefit, but if you want to try it, that's how it goes.
