1 DEFENDER’S CHOICE T1 QUESTION1.) T1 play is “defender’s choice”– If the defender has multiple souls in there LoB including the Lady only LS and you make a rescue with John can he then choose the Lady only soul making your R A a battle challenge? Thus forcing one with the LS soul to pretty much come out with a Lady Hero everytime? Currently we are not forcing the BC which makes our decks a bit more balanced rather than lady heavy.
2 DECK QUESTIONS2.) Are there any special rules in regards to T1 (non-team) tournament multiplayer games (Does this even exsist?) vs. 1vs1 tournament play? 3.) Do T1 multiplayer tournament games still use the same T1 deck rules? Do most T1 players play with 56 cards in Tournaments, how bout multiplayer game’s – more cards?
3 DOMINATE QUESTIONS4.) Have a problem with last part of d. on the Overview of a Turn in the Online Reg it states – d. Resolve the rescue attempt or battle challenge (battle resolution). Note that Dominant cards cannot be played here. You can’t play Son of God after all the good and evil enhancements have been played so as to prevent your opponent from rescuing a lost soul? We thought Dominantes could be thrown at anytime? Help us understand the Reg’s thinking on d.
5.) This Dominant Reg has us thinking – What happens if someone plays wrath of Satan or Confussion and then the AofTL is played – our thought was confusion still activates and WoS ends in a stalemate if no other Doms are played? How does this d. section in the Reg come into play here?
6.) Recruiting Officer (Ki) – makes a RA and then Christian Martyr is played – is Recruiting Officer discarded or due to defeat placed in the opponent’s LofB? We are discarding him with the thought being Dom>Character
NEW QUESTION in regards to the recent rule change - Does the knew rule of "only rescue Lost Souls in your opponent's Land of Bondage" apply to the New Jerusalem Dom too when played with the SoG? 6. We have one player that is really going to like this ruling - I'd been ruling against him (Ooops) and I'll check back in from time to on the definition of "defeated" P.S. - King of Tar and PoW works against Recruiting Officer correct?
On 4, you can't play dominants once you've reached d). There are some enhancements that immediately end the battle, forcing it into d), so you can't play Martyr/Burial/etc to stop the Rescue Attempt at that point. Under normal circumstances, you can just the play the dominants in c), before you move to d).Conceding a battle (via numbers) also moves the battle into d). If your opponent just has bigger numbers than you can hope to match, discarding your characters moves the battle into d) - so you'd need to play dominants before discarding your characters, although I think most people would let it slide in most scenarios. There are some cards where your opponent can force you to block with one of their characters, usually small enough that they'd win the battle easily. You can't concede the battle to get rid of the EC and then play CM to get rid of the hero - you have to CM first, so the EC would survive.
Just a note the new SoG rule is on a trial basis right now and may change back.
Conceding the battle occurs *only* when you discard your character by the numbers. If your character is discarded by a special ability you may still play a Dominant. Example--if you are blocking and your opponent plays Angel of the Lord to discard your blocker, you may still play Christian Martyr to prevent the lost soul from being rescued.

It's not a 'trial basis' if it's being used at Nationals. He only said that it might change back depending on what he saw of the consequences, but I would doubt that it returns to the old rules.
Need less to say I can see it going back.
