Hey guys, just a quick question: If the special ability on Zerubbabel's Temple is negated, and I lay down Solomon's Temple, if the special ability on ZT is then unnegated later in the game, can I have both in my territory or must one be discarded?

One must be discarded. It is an ongoing ability, so it constantly checks the condition.

HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAA, you just gave me an awesome combo! Use protection of Jerusalem on Tabernacle and then put Solomon's temple in play!

I don't think that works. That's akin to saying your Enoch can band your opponent's Enoch into battle because he is protected from discard.

I thought Tabernacle just said to discard it if you have solomon's temple. But now you can't discard it. Yeah, just checked the REG, I'm right.

The Tabernacle

Type: Fortress • Brigade: Multicolor • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Glory of the Lord protects this card and its contents. If you have Solomon’s Temple in play, discard this card (regardless of protection) and transfer its contents to Solomon’s Temple.

Or not...  ;)
Fortress Alstad
Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

That doesn't protect it though, it negates it.

The point is, you could negate the ability long enough to get both into play, but once the negate ends, you cannot keep them both in play, even if one is protected with Protection of Jerusalem.
