Quick but tricky question I have. If I have the negate banding lost soul and the dull and the humble lost soul out. My opponent draws the negate New Testament lost souls. He begins the battle with more cards n his hand than me. With that, the condition is met the humbles criteria and activated humble. Does an on going ability like the negate band abilities work again since it blinked during battle?
