1. Just wondering if Cwd is active and negates all characters would it stop the " if all of your human heroes in play are Genesis" part of Benjamin SA? or enhancements are still CBN?? even though there is still a requirement for the enhancements to be CBN??

would Cwd stop the requirement on Benjamin??

The genesis hero requirement is part of the CBN ability and thus is not negated. The "otherwise discard" part I'm not sure about.

Benjamin - If all of your human Heroes in play are Genesis Heroes, Genesis Enhancements cannot be negated. Otherwise, discard Benjamin after battle

I believe that the CBN granting ability, including the condition, is inherently CBN. The discard after battle is not part of the granting ability (the otherwise is itself a seperate condition), and therefore can be negated.
