Immunity vs. Ignore

I know this has probably been answered before.  A Blue character starts a RA, he is blocked by The Terrifying Beast "Immune to blue."  If Zebulan "Ignores Evil Characters with toughness greater than than the number of cards in your hand" is banded into battle.  What happens?

Since the immunity was active first it's a stalemate.  If the ignore was active first the Hero would win.
Have you visited the Land of Redemption today?

Since the immunity was active first it's a stalemate.  If the ignore was active first the Hero would win.

I agree for the fact the zebby's is triggered when the terrifying beast comes in but when he comes in then his ability kicks in then zebby's
