So, I know whoever has the most LS chooses who goes first, but who does the hopper count towards? I saw it ruled both ways at nats....

its whoever has the most lost souls in lob chooses who goes first. hopper is counted for the person that has it in their lob.

They used to say most lost souls drawn, but then it was changed because of Hopper and Revealer. That was back around the FooF or RoA era, I think.
