Can King Belshazzar recur a Heavenly Temple artifact?

"You may search a discard pile for a Temple Artifact and/or Belshazzar’s Banquet. May band to a Babylonian (except a King)."

No, "Temple Artifacts are items ordained by God as a permanent fixture in the Tabernacle or Temple and found in that
specific house of the Lord. The reference to temple is general and includes Solomon’s Temple, Zerubbabel’s Temple,
and Herod’s Temple."

The REG entry for Temple Artifact says that it includes 3 specific temples. Heavenly Temple is not one of them.

Again, that's why I think it would be easier to rename them "Heavenly Artifacts" to clarify, and to not cause more confusion with future artifacts in this category.
