If the is a super protected AoG Cornelius in battle and I have holy of Holies the AoG enhancements are not negated correct if they have a interrupt prevent and negate because it was played on a character and are not a character themselves?
Also are the AoG protecting there person out of battle too?

Holy of Holies only refers to abilities on characters, and the AoG cards all have the abilities on themselves and coming from themselves as the source.  They are also active outside of battle, unless they state otherwise.
