Title: High Places & Royal Parade

With high places activated, do you have to have characters of matching brigade to play place enhancements?

Also, would interrupt the battle and ignore beat immunity?

Yes to the middle one.

I have always ruled that you did. Just like Hidden Treasures allows you to play an enhancement, the rules of brigade matching still apply. I could be wrong, though, since YMT Rules rarely follow standard rules.

You can interrupt an immunity. FYI, interrupt the battle will only interrupt immunity on characters and enhancements.

An ignore will beat immunity only if it is played before the immunity. If ignore is played after the immunity, then it is a stalemate.

However, if an Ignore is played in the manner you described (Interrupt and Play) then the Ignore will trump the re-activated immunity and cause you to be winning.

Also YMT is correct on the first question, you must have a character that can play the enhancement legally. High places simply allows you to play the enhancement outside of battle.

LOL. I thought they were two different questions. I see now that were intended as one question. I agree with RDT, who is much more observant than I am.  ;D
