High places SA: During your preparation and discard phases, you may play evil Enhancements that contain the word "place" in the special ability. If you capture a Hero in a territory, discard this card.

1.Can a player play any of the following enhancements on high places?

        A-bom  : if used by a Greek place in opponent's territory

             or

              7 years of Famine : if used by a genesis character place in your territory

2.If player A had high places in their territory and played A-bom which territory would the enhancement end up in?

 their own or opponent's?


3. Danites attack SA: Take one Lost Soul site from opponent and place it in your territory.

Can you take Dragon or Promised land sites from opponents? (Are these sites still considered lost soul sites?)

 3.1 Can you still put a Lost Soul in sites like Dragon Raid?
 

1) You can play A-bom with High Places, and while there's no reason why you can't play 7 Years of Famine, I believe it's already territory class so you wouldn't need to. However you still need a character of matching brigade to play them. High Places basically allows you to play some cards as if they were territory class.

2) It would end up in their opponents because A-bom says "place in opponent's territory"

3) "Lost Soul Site" simply means "Site" so you would be able to take Dragon Raid or any other multicolored site.

3.1) Yes you can put Lost Souls in multicolored sites, in general it is meaningless to do so (or even detrimental since you can't use the site for access if its occupied) but sometimes you don't need access and your Lost Soul says something like "When placed in a site..." and you want to trigger that effect it can be in your best interest to do it.

A LS site is a site that's holds a LS, does DR count?

All sites (cards with pyramid icon (except the warriors Goshen, Kingdoms of the World and Potter's Field due to errata)) can hold Lost Souls, neither the rulebook or the REG make any differentiation between "Lost Soul Sites" and "Sites", the wording came from the old terminology where what are now called Sites were called Lost Soul Sites to differentiate them from Fortress Sites, which are now called Fortresses (Note how the Warriors Fortresses had the site icon).

Now since Dragon Raid is a site it can hold a Lost Soul and therefore is no different than any other "Lost Soul Site" except in terms of what brigades it has.

Ok, thanks for clearing that up. Can you take a LS out of a site before its resqued?

You can only remove a LS from a site by a special ability.  Like the site-remove LS.
