Title: High places and Abomination of Desolation question

 High places part of SA : you may play any evil enhancements that contain the word "place" in the special ability.

A-bom SA: if used by a Greek place in opponent's territory. Each time opponent draws cards (except during draw phase) you may discard a card in that territory except a Lost Soul. 


1. If player A would play A-bom off of high places in their territory , would the enhancement go to an opponent's territory or stay on their own territory?

  I am assuming the enhancement must be used by a Greek for it to be able to go to any opponents' territory.

High Places allows you to play an enhancement, but you still have to play it on a character. So you use High Places to play A-bomb on a Greek. A-bomb works just fine this way, and in fact, this is one of the most commonly used methods of playing A-bomb.
