Herod Converted

Ok so this just came up in a recent game I played with a friend. My Herod was in my territory with Herod's Treachery attached to it, then my friend converted that Herod with Holy Grail. So my question is does Herod's Treachery still stick to Herod after he has been converted? And if it does can I still use its effect to discard it to shove Hero's back to territory?

Yes and Yes. You can even stick it on him after he is converted.

This is true. As long as you have an EC to play HT on, you can place it on any Herod whether he is good or evil.

You can even stick it onto your opponents' Herods.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

I don't see why not.

ah that depends upon who controls placed enhancements which is still being hotly debated.

I thought that the only instance of placed enhancements being debated was when good enhancements are placed on heroes to activate later.

Evil place enhancements, I thought, were controlled by the placer, otherwise who in their right mind would discard Spreading Mildew from their territory to kill their own fortress?

but is it different if it is placed on an evil character who can enter battle?

Fortresses never enter battle so there is no need to re-activate the enhancement

Wrong on a few levels. Controlling of placed Enhancements via their own ability is not being debated. They're always controlled by the placer. Furthermore, place enhancements do not re-activate when the character they're placed on enters battle.
