When does a hero's ability technically deactivate (assuming it's ongoing and doesn't last after battle)? Does it deactivate once he/she goes back to territory? After battle?
Example: Herod Agrippa II (TxP) is blocking
Elizabeth and uses Herod's Treachery (TxP) to force Elizabeth to withdraw
1. Can he then capture her?
1BTW, if Herod's Treachery was placed during a previous phase, would the withdraw ability of it be negatable during battle?
