What is the current rule on Agrippa and withdrawing. Can they negate a withdraw that I played in battle?

As long as the withdraw isn't CBN or CBI.

No. Once the withdraw card is played, the ability completes and the capture is triggered. Once the capture is triggered, the Hero would have to interrupt the capture to interrupt the withdraw, which cannot happen.

So if you have HA II in battle and use a banding card to add Que to battle, then play Darkness, you can capture every hero in battle CBN (assuming Darkness isn't prevented).  This would be so awesome, your opponent would immediately grant you the ability to place Que in your Land of Redemption.

The better play is HA II and then play old school Ram with two horns to band in Goliath and capture everybody. (Works best with Raiders camp ;) )

So Gomer + HA II + Siege + Goliath promo = best play?  :)
