I always forget, if i have an EC with hating the light in my territory, and i block, using him, the strong angel.... is hating the light negated?

ignore inside of battle doesn't push somebody out. They are simply going past them and you basically get infinite initiative and play whatever you want until you decide to go back or to negate the ignore.
