Is Zechariah a "High" Priest

I was skimming through reg & ruling threads over the weekend and I remember seeing something on Zechariah being a High Priest.  Can anyone verify if I'm correct?

Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Teal/Green • Ability: 5 / 6 • Class: None • Special Ability: Zechariah may use good Enhancements with a Zechariah reference, regardless of brigade. Negate the special abilities on N.T. Enhancements. • Play As: Zechariah may use good Zechariah enhancements, regardless of brigade [use other enhancements]. Negate the special abilities on N.T. enhancements. • Identifiers: OT Male Human, Prophet, Zerubbabel's Temple Priest

There is nothing in the Bible to indicate that he was the high priest, only a Priest. Unless, however, we've missed something. I'd love for him to be a High Priest!

yeah I checked my Nelson's Bible Dictionary too to check and it only said that he might of been a priest in addition to being a prophet. Didn't find anything about him being a high priest.
