Does this decrease stay throughout the rest of the game?

O_o really? I remember some arguement saying it was perm if not specified otherwise... But it was before the board sweep out.

Basically his jorb is to snipe initiative heroes in territory. Combine him with Broken Cisterns and Plagued with Diseases for maximum effect (kills a */9 at the worst, up to King David if you've got other stuff going on). Also, he can be combined with Weakness to play first even against Michael.

Hmm, can anyone think of useful female heroes for him to band to off the top of their head?
