so for goshen could I have Moses and joseph in there at the same time? Cuz if I remember right I think it has a brigade limit

There is a 3 brigade limit, so it depends which Joseph and moses you put in there. But, assuming you are putting the two territory class guys in there, you would be unable to do that because that is 4 brigades.
