Both Samuel and Ezekiel were intentionally made to negate Hidden Treasures, and CBN so that HoH couldn't stop them. We already have too many Green/Teal Prophets in the opinion of myself and several other playtesters, and with Samuel, there was no way we were going to make it that easy to play Samson's Sacrifice pre-block.
Fortunately, their abilities also stop Horses, Proud Pharisees, Ahab, etc., which improves their odds of being able to play enhancements after the block.
