Title: Goliath and Banding

Situation:
A Philistine has initiative and plays Babel and bands in Goliath. What happens? Does the hero go back? Does Goliath stay in battle? Can the opponent present a new hero?

You could use things to make the banding CBN such as start with Gomer or use Besieged but with the play you described the above would play out as described.
