I guess that is true. Just so long as you have a Golgotha yourself, I don't see why not. Not sure how that would help, but feel free to break the game knowing that it is currently a legal play.

If they have CP, Golgotha is protected from the placement, right?
Actually wouldn't it be better to put an evil enhancement on your opponents golgatha of a brigade they don't have so you can pre-battle ignore them now that it can only hold one enhancement?

Oddly enough the attacking player would have priority to place on both though, correct?
