Alright:

»I discovered on previous threads that "negate all/interrupt and prevent all" goes back in time and interrupts all the special abilities that have ever happened in the present battle. This suggests that interrupt interrupts everything that has already happened, since by itself, prevent only works forward.

»So interrupt undoes everything that has already happened (and corresponding effects), thereby allowing those things to be prevented - though if they aren't prevented, they happen exactly the way they happened before, just as if the game had never been interrupted.

»Occasionally, this affects the game. For instance, if one plays Reach on Joseph when Joseph has Coat of Many Colors, the individual will only be able to play white enhancements for Reach's ability ...because CoMC is interrupted (even though it's not prevented). This is while, and only while, CoMC is being interrupted.

→So what about banding being interrupted? And other abilities?
•For instance, If I send out Gomer (CRIMSON, whose ability is the same other than the fact that it can be negated) and band in Fallen Warrior, but FW is equipped with Philistine Chariot & Horses, won't FW interrupt the banding, draw 2 cards, play the next enhancement, and then proceed with the banding? After all, you're interrupting the battle.
•Plus, if Foolish Advice were played, FW would go back to his territory anyway - and the banding could not be prevented unless interrupt went "back in time" to allow its prevention. (Say, what would happen to the FA?)
•What then happens regarding the PCaH? Do you get to play a black enhancement, or can you only play a crimson one, since technically the banding hasn't happened yet?
•And if you play Deceit of Sapphira (H) using PCaH, will FW and PCaH be discarded, even though they weren't in the field of battle yet?
•If they're not discarded (since the banding was interrupted, so they weren't in the field of battle yet, and Deceit was played using PCaH), does FW still get the cumulative abilities (*/*) of the successfully blocked hero?

→Moreover, if "interrupt the battle/game" interrupts everything, would Gomer similarly be able to use Dream to play Deceit, and since Dream was interrupting the battle (going back in time before anything else in the battle happened), FW (assuming he wasn't equipped with PCaH or PCaH was used to play Dream) would go out of the battle, then come back in after the interruption was over?
•And if so, assuming Gomer played Coliseum Lions, would FW get the abilities of the blocked hero?
•Moreover, wouldn't Dream interrupt the opponent's banding as well? Thus, if Abishai (WA) was sent out and banded to Asahel (U) and Joab (U), would Dream send both Asahel & Joab back to their territories while its effect completed (then the banding would resume)?
☼And if that is the case, would a CL (played using Dream) discarding Abishai serve to successfully block the rescue attempt?
☼Moreover, would Deceit played via Dream not discard Asahel and Joab?

→Also, if Gabe was sent out, and FW with PCaH blocked, would Gabe's ability be interrupted (that is, he sticks that enhancement back into the deck), then PCaH allows you to draw 2 cards, possibly drawing that enhancement that Gabe was going to discard? (Likewise with Dream played anytime during the battle, since it is interrupting everything.)

I heard that Search abilities are CBI (assuming you play the enhancement).  How then can an FBN entering battle undo Reach or Words?  That shouldn't be possible, yet I've seen examples of that happening in these forums.  CBI is CBI.  Period.  Have people been playing that wrong?

→Now for a little conundrum:
•King Amon.  He gets out Hunger using his ability.  Then he plays Political Saavy.

→Finally, the HUGE conundrum:
•Gabe is sent out against King Amon.  Gabe discards an enhancement, blah blah blah, Amon uses his ability to get out Political Saavy.
•Then Amon uses Political Saavy.
•Does PS go back to the discard pile, and nothing is returned to hand (that is, PS is essentially negated)?  But if PS is negated, it's no longer interrupting the battle; the battle resumes, and Gabe finishes discarding the card he was discarding and King Amon finishes getting out the card he was getting out - in this case, Political Saavy.
•He plays Political Saavy and the process repeats itself.
•Forever and ever and ever ...?
♦And just to make things even more fun, let's say the enhancement Gabe discarded was Political Saavy, which Amon then took into hand (as Amon's ability activates after Gabe's).  Now what?
♦And what if one of the player's heads explodes?

Just FYI, your questions tend to be very long and quite tedious to read. You will have to be patient for answers, and expect that some parts of your question can not be answered by the same means that another part of your question is answered. Therefore, what may seem like contradictory answers are actually consistent with their respective rules.

Thank you for the advice, YMT.  This is by far my longest question yet, and it's mostly examples.  I put examples because I couldn't find a way to phrase it simply that would allay confusion.  If you or someone else could figure out a way to do that, that would be greatly appreciated, and I would modify my initial post to direct toward your simplified question.  Then I could ask the conundrum question later (assuming it needs to be asked).

I apologize for how long and tedious my questions tend to be.  They are all scenarios that come up in my games, and it's high time they were resolved.

Best tip I can give: don't give examples. We're clever enough to figure out what you mean. Just ask the specific question and we'll gladly answer it, and any followup questions it leads to. What we probably won't do is sift through over a page of text to 1. find out what it is you're even asking in the first place and 2. try to figure out if your examples are other questions or your understandings of what happens or just stocking stuffers.

1. There are no interrupt the game cards and never will be. Interrupt the Battle interrupts any ongoing abilities, any abilities removing the interrupter from battle, and the last Enhancement played if it was played by the opponent. Nothing else.

2. Search abilities are not inherently CBI.

I agree with Polarius here. Just to clarify, interrupt the battle only interrupts abilities on characters and enhancements.

So a search ability isn't inherently CBI ...when can it be interrupted by disobedience then?  (I know this is on the other thread, but I got really confused by the answers.  If someone could put the timeline very clearly for me...

I have noticed alot of upper end mods on this forum wont answer harder questions unless they see a real scenerio.

Well he had the huge posts up for a while and got little answers from anyone. Besides that, for basic clarifying questions about established rules you don't need a mod to post, that's only for disputes about vagueness.

This is due to some Elders being hesitant to make an "official" ruling without knowing if someone is trying to sneak some new broken combo into the game :)

for basic clarifying questions about established rules you don't need a mod to post, that's only for disputes about vagueness.
This is also true.  REPs like Pol and maniac are also great at answering people's questions, and as long as there is consensus, it is not necessary for an Elder to post.  And these REPs have the advantage of not having the weight of "officialness" on their shoulders, making them more free to post faster.
