That's how it's always worked, but that may just be because we were reading intent rather than language. Especially with this new rule, it would seem to need an Errata to continue working the way it always has.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

What new rule?
http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/rules-announcements/updates-to-draw/
That is a link to what I originally posted about the rule change. I'm pretty sure everyone is referring to the portion that states multiple cards are drawn as a single action. Which seems confusing for gifts when multiple cards are drawn in that as currently ruled you may draw multiple cards cause gifts triggers each time a card is drawn but you may not may more than once. I think that is the general argument at hand. Someone feel free to correct me if I have inadequately described the confusion with gifts.

Actually, I've always played it as "each card is a separate trigger and the owner of Gifts may or may not draw a card".  In practice it just never matters, because everyone either wants to draw the max they can, or they want to draw 0 (because of RBD, PoZ, etc).
If creation sings Your praises so will I
If You gave Your life to love them so will I
