If a TEAM player has Judge's Seat active with a judge in it, can both TEAM members use the ability?

As far as I know yes, from when I played teams at Minnesota State.

Yes. All fortresses are shared, so their abilities are read from the current player's viewpoint on each team member's turn.

That made me laugh just thinking about how it took 3 turns for you to use it once during teams.
