Gamaliels speech....if I activate it on a gray ec, can I use it to negate a good or evil enhancement?

This is because of Gam’s Speech’s wording as it only says negate and discard an enhancement. If it was Kinsman’s Agreement or God’s Mercy/Jonah’s Anger then it would be alignment-dependent as to what can be targeted.
