Scenario question

Silver brigade Angel Hero makes a rescue attempt. Opponent blocks with an Evil character with banding and brings another character into the battle (giving the Angel initiative). Angel plays 'Three Angels' to bring 2 more angels into the battle (giving the Evil characters initiative). An enhancement is played on one of the blocking characters to give him immunity to Silver brigade. The Angels in battle have much higher power/toughness than the Evil characters but one of the Evil characters is immune. Is the non immune Evil character defeated? Or is it a stalemate?

Stalemate if the evil characters are not killing the heroes.
As a national champion, I support ReyZen deck pouches.

If you dont negate it, the immune charachter survives the battle regardless.  For the other guys, you total up all the defense of ALL the Evil characters, if the Angels offense is greater than the combined EC defense, the non-immune EC's die.

Posting the numbers of the heroes would help a lot...

I don't remember who all the characters involved were. Just remember that it was a lot against a little. Gabriel 10/10, Angel at the Tomb 6/6, and some 3rd angel (5/5?) vs. a 3/3 immune to Silver brigade and a 5/5 with no immunity. No further enhancements were played by either player.

In that scenario, the non immune EC is TOAST, but the rescue attempt fails because an EC survives the battle.

Ona related note what happens, in general if I RA with a small hero, I get met with a banded defense, I play a card and band in and ignore character, What happens to the original hero?

If no other cards are played, then the original hero (the non ignoring one) is toast and the RA wins with the ignoring hero.

Hey,

In an ignore situation, treat the ignored characters as if they were not in battle when determining battle outcome.
