If a character is Warrior Class, are they automatically considered to have 'Fought in Earthly Battle?'

To see all the characters that fought in an earthly battle, you can check the Reg glossary of terms, under Definitions, and Earthly Battle.

Or better yet, go to http://www.redemptionlive.com/#/Visualizer and go to the Identifiers panel and check "Fought Earthly Battle" and possibly check "Primary Card" under the Variant Type panel (to eliminate all the duplicate variants). It lists 238 cards that are characters that fought earthly battles.

I also used it to see that there are 174 primary cards that are warrior class and only 149 of those have fought an earthly battle. That means that there are 25 cards with the Warrior class symbol that did not fight an earthly battle according to the Reg. Most of those are either angels or demons.

He would be Warrior Class cause he and Simoen went into the city with swords and slaughtered them, how is that not a earthly battle?

A battle requires two sides to be fighting each other.  The people Simeon and Levi killed were not fighting, but rather lying in their tents while recovering from painful surgery.  That was a massacre, not a battle.
