Okay, something I had always thought from old rule book was that Sites and Fortresses are considered neutral like Souls and Artifacts. Is this still true? Or does a Fortress have to be counted as either Good or Bad when deck building? And keeping that in mind, where do duel Fortress/Site cards like City of Enoch stand in that order? Thank you.
