Can foreign wives enter battle while she is ignored if you opponent has drawn 5 that turn? For example: can she block a faithful servant while decked out? Or a zeb with 5 or less cards in hand?

Can a character enter battle while ignored and protected in territory? Say a Greek with aeropagus up?

For one, she is not protected until she enters battle, since that is where her ability activates.  Second, the 'excluding' component of ignore that keeps characters from entering battle does not target characters, it targets the battle.  In-battle, ignore treats the ignored character as if they weren't there ('walk by' for the soul), but before a character enters battle, they are restricted from entering if they are ignored, which is not stopped by protection.
