Shobach SA: May use and hold weapons of any brigade.

1. If Evil character  Shobach (gray) entered battle put a pale green weapon class enhancement on him and then returned to territory alive would the weapon get discarded???

No, because Shobach's ability allows him to hold the weapon. It works the same as red/kings David.
