Moving this here from the shoutbox for posterity. The original question was how many Fifth Seal/Justice Seekers can be run in Type 2. This comes down to a question of what face value means.

The only specific example in the REG states that "Saul/Paul (Ap) is an evil card at face value". This indicates that face value refers to what the card enters play as and deck building restrictions are based on what the card can enter play as. FS/JS can enter play as two different things, both of which are only two brigades. Therefore, given the information derived from the Saul/Paul example in REG, I would interpret FS/JS as having two brigades at face value thus allowing two copies in a Type 2 deck.

The Face Value entry might need to be expanded to better cover questions that arise around all the new multi-card type cards we have now.

At face value the card has 3 brigades making it 1 per deck.

In that case if the deck building limits are based on the combination of ways a card can enter play, is King Saul limited to 2 per deck since it would have two brigades at face value?

Somewhat related--a card like Babylon the Harlot CAN have two copies in Type 2 because at face value it is a Site with two brigades (even though the cards as a whole has four brigades).
