Title: Feast enhancements
Post by: disciple_drew on May 13, 2011, 08:11:32 PM
When feast enhancements state wait a turn does it mean a round or just a turn?

Does the "turn" specify a turn, a round, and does it include opponents' turns?

Set asides only tick in the upkeep phase of the card's controller, so "one turn" on a set aside enhancement means until the controller of the card's next upkeep phase.

What about:

Nebuchadnezzar's Pride (RA)

Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Crimson • Ability: 0 / 6 • Class: None • Special Ability: Interrupt the battle and set aside all characters and Sites in battle for four turns. • Identifiers: None • Verse: Daniel 4:30 • Availability: Rock of Ages booster packs (None)

It says 4 turns, does that mean 4 of my turns or does it include my opponents?
Does it have to be full turns (from beginning to end)?

For nebuchadnezzar's pride you count your upkeeps for your characters, and your opponent counts his upkeeps for his characters.

For the purpose of counters, "one turn" means "one upkeep phase." Since the Upkeep Phase is part of each player's turn individually, this will not end up being the same clock duration for everyone.

To elaborate more on that, for Neb's Pride, the evil character(s) will come back directly before the Hero(es) will.
