When the FBTN Lost Soul is rescued by Son of God, does the FBTN immediately deactivate or does it continue until the end of the phase?

Until end of phase.  It was not negated and does not have a "while in play" clause.  Therefore, it will persist like other SA.

But, if it were to be rescued in the phase it was put in play, there would never be a negation of LS because of the wording of its ability.
