"Faith of Enoch - Place on your Cloud Hero:  If Hero is discarded by an opponent's evil special ability, you may remove this card from the game instead to rescue the Hero as if it were a Lost Soul."

Does this mean that if I remove FoE from the game to instead the discarding of my Hero because of an opponent's evil s/a it is a rescued LS? Or Does it just go to an opponent's LOB and is treated as a L/S?

The Hero is placed in your own Land of Redemption and treated as a redeemed soul.

Yeah, essentially Faith of Enoch says "Place on your Cloud Hero: Protect Hero from discard." Just make sure you don't place it on Enoch since he actually is protected from discard...
