Does an exchange ability cout as searching? Could I use amalikes salve SA or reassurung angels with natzareth active?

Yes It counts as searching. If you have nazareth you could still exchange with something in discard pile.

To be clearer, if an exchange ability targets a location where the contents are unknown to the user of the exchange ability (deck or discard) then it inherently includes a search ability as well and would be prevented by anything stopping searches (such as Nazareth). If an exchange targets a known location (hand, territory, set aside) it does NOT include a search and can function regardless of any abilities affecting searches.
