Are there any cards in the game that protect from evil banding instead of just prevent it?

Thaddeus doesn't directly protect from Evil Banding, but depending on how many other Disciples you have out he'll protect from banding on EC's with defense no more than that number. Other than that, no.

Banding defenses have always been a threat in T2. The one thing that kept them in check for many years was AoCP. Eventually we got a few more options such as Trumpet Blast, Samson's Sacrifice, He is Risen, Two Bears--all of which can be made CBN if done right.

The point is, there is no outright anti- "CBN banding" card, but a good T2 offense will always have a way to deal with it.
