TGT Ladies vs. Balaam's Disobedience

RA with all the TGT ladies banded, opponent blocks with pharisee and plays Balaam's Disobedience. Can I play 'he is risen' to band in the Strong Angel (wa) into battle,and negate Balaam's Disobedience, the kick Strong Angel back out, and make the battle by numbers?

A card's CBN status is determined when it's played. If Balaam's Disobedience is CBN when first played, then it's CBN period.

Oh goodness, I totally remembered that card wrong....

So in that case, banding and kicking back Strong Angel out of battle wouldn't have any affect on the immunity, would it?

No it wouldn't. But you should have 3 copies of HOH anyway because your only CBN will be Faith in our High Priest and banding. He is Risen + HoH + TSA is a decent counter to Balaam's Dis. Actually, just a FBTN Angel can win a game against pharisees single handedly.
