Can Heavy Taxes be interupted, prevented, or negated?  Unlike Forgoten History or Gibeonite Trickery, Heavy Taxes does explecitly state that is can not be interuped or prevented.

It can be prevented, but by the time the chance to interrupt it comes, it's a different phase and the card can no longer be interrupted.

I think you mean to say it doesn't.  Nowhere on the card does it say 'cannot be negated.' Once it's played, it can't be interrupted, because the battle is over.  However, it can be prevented with a btn character or a prevent card or something like that.

I thought since it says the battle ends that means the hero is being pushed out of battle not by their own ability, meaning they can interrupt.

No. End the battle does what it says, shifts the battle to the Battle Resolution. End the Battle is NOT a guaranteed win for the Evil Character. If a 1/1 plays an End the Battle card against a huge offensive banding chain, the opponent still gets a Lost Soul.

That is correct.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
