No. "Harm" means any evil card or a neutral card controlled by an opponent. Noah's Ark is neither of those things.

They make it so that the original ability never happened. If Ham is targeted by a card meeting the definition of "Harm", then either you save him with Ark and thus he was never harmed, or you don't save him and you get to search.

It does not undo the effect, as with a prevent or negate, but instead replaces the outcome such that the original ability never took place, and the new action or ability triggers instead. So in that case he never was harmed so the trigger on ham should have to be undone if you completed it by searching out an evil character right?
